Delete your account

In the app

1. Open LOBBR and go to Profile.
2. Tap the settings icon at the top of the screen.
3. Tap Help centre.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account is deleted straight away. If you still have a session coming up, money on hold, a payout on its way, a venue or a plan, the app tells you what to finish first.

Without the app

Email privacy@lobbr.com from the address on your account, or tell us the phone number you signed up with. We confirm it is your account, delete it, and reply within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo are removed. Sessions, chat messages and ratings you left in other people’s sessions stay, shown as from a deleted user, so their history still makes sense.

What we keep

Payment records we must keep for tax and accounting, for as long as the law requires. If you hosted paid sessions, Stripe keeps your payout account details under its own rules.

Want a break instead? Deactivating hides your account and keeps everything, and signing back in restores it. In the app it is under Profile, the settings icon, then Help centre. See our privacy policy.
