AI, coming to LOBBR
We’re bringing AI to the parts of running a venue nobody enjoys.
Pricing, filling dead hours, chasing no-shows, balancing a roster. LOBBR already knows who turns up, which hours stay empty and what fills near you. The next layer acts on that instead of only reporting it.
This is roughly what we have in mind.
Pricing that moves with demand
Court rates that respond to peak and off-peak, the weather, and how fast the last few sessions filled, instead of one rate you set last year and never revisited.
Flake Guard
Spot the cancellation before it happens, from the signals that precede one, and promote off the waitlist early enough that the seat is filled rather than merely empty.
Matchmaking on reliability, not just skill
Balance a roster across ability and attendance record, so a session is both competitive and fully attended. Reliability is already scored; this is what it’s for.
Book by message
“Book court 2 Thursday at 6pm and invite the Tuesday crew.” Organise a session over SMS or WhatsApp without opening the app, because the moment you decide is rarely the moment you’re holding your phone.
Sessions drafted for your empty hours
A venue with a quiet Tuesday doesn’t always know what to put in it. Draft the whole session from what fills nearby (activity, capacity, time) and leave the publish button to you.
Crews that form themselves
Notice who you keep turning up alongside and propose the standing weekly session before anyone has to organise it. The app already makes this happen slowly; this is the same thing on purpose.
We’re building these in the order that matters most to the people who’ll use them. If one of them is yours, say so.
